The Executive Growth program is for executives who want to reduce dependency, moving from feeling trapped in day-to-day management to being liberated to create enduring prosperity. You'll gain simple, repeatable processes to reach your objectives and develop the people around you.
You meet with me privately via Zoom or phone on an agreed cadence to strengthen skills, remove roadblocks, overcome obstacles, and develop action steps that deliver results. Additional support is available via unlimited calls, emails, or other means.
Once you sign up for the program we co-create a game plan that includes your quarterly goals, action steps to meet them, and the right meeting frequency.
